Seminars

The Seminars Screen allows you to view and register for seminars offered by the retirement office.

To access the Seminars screen, click on the Seminars option on the menu. The Seminars screen opens.

The My Seminars section displays cards containing information on all the seminars to which you have been invited and/or registered to attend. Information displayed on the cards include the name of the seminar, the date and time of the seminar, and whether you are registered for the seminar. For additional information on the seminar, click on the double arrows in the upper right part of the card to display the reverse side of the card.

Note: The information on this screen can be viewed in a grid rather than cards by clicking the "view as grid" link in the upper right part of the screen next to your name.

The Available Seminars grid at the bottom of the screen, displays seminars for which you currently do not have an attendance record. There is a Details link next to each seminar that is not already closed. Clicking the Details link takes you to the Seminar Details screen.

This screen displays the seminar card with additional information on the reverse side. The front side of the card includes the title of the seminar, the start date, start time, end time, and registration cutoff date.

The card also allows you to create an appointment to add to your calendar for the seminar. Click on the card to create the appointment in your calendar.

When flipped by clicking the double arrows in the top, right part of the card, the reverse side of the card displays the location, seminar status, and start date and time.

In the Registration information section of this screen, you may be allowed to register, update your registration, or unregister from the seminar. If you have not yet registered for a seminar, enter the available fields and click Register. If you are already registered, and want to update your registration, make the changes in the available fields and click Update. To cancel your registration, click Unregister. After you register, update, or unregister for a seminar, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you.

Note: Depending on the type of seminar you have selected. the seminar date, and other factors, the option to register or change your registration may not be available to you. In this case, contact your retirement office for assistance.

For any seminar registrations, updates, or cancellations you make on this screen, a confirmation correspondence is sent to the e-mail address associated with your online account.
