Beneficiaries

The Beneficiaries screen allows you to view your beneficiary information to insure that information is correct. This screen displays your primary and secondary or alternate nominated beneficiary information on file with your pension fund.

To access the Beneficiaries screen, click on the Beneficiaries option in the menu. The Beneficiaries screen opens.

If you have only one benefit, the screen automatically displays the beneficiary information for that benefit. If you have more than one benefit, the screen displays the beneficiary information for the first benefit you received.

If you have more than one benefit and would like to see information on a benefit that is not currently displayed, click on the benefit displayed next to "Viewing" at the top of the screen. This opens a list of your benefits. Select the benefit you wish to view. The beneficiary information for the selected benefit is then displayed on the screen.

Each of your beneficiaries is displayed on cards. Each card displays the following information:

• Name - Beneficiary's name.
• Relationship and Date of Birth - Beneficiary's relationship to you and birth date.
• Designation - Designates the beneficiary as a primary, secondary or alternate beneficiary of the survivor benefit.
• Distribution - Percentage of any survivor benefit the beneficiary is entitled to.

If you would like any missing information added or incorrect information corrected, contact your pension fund.
